NSIS Orange Vista Theme

Based on my last icon and following some comments, here is a full theme for NullSoft Scriptable Install System (NSIS) and his Modern UI. [...]

Description

The theme has 9 variants, each one with his installer/uninstaller icon, four header bitmaps (installer/uinstaller, left/right) and two welcome bitmaps (installer/uninstaller).

The "Orange Vista" Modern UI Theme is licensed under a "Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported" Creative Commons License. You can use it freely on your instalers without ask me.

This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivative Works 3.0 License.

UPDATE:

There is a Commercial License available that allows derivarive works of this theme. The costs of this license is 30€.

You can also ask me for a quote to customize the icons with your logo, colors, etc. Contact me in the "Contact" page of this web for a quote.

This is a very attractive theme. However, I'm bummed your license doesn't allow derivatives. Do you make exceptions if someone asks you for permission?
